Are all BeWILDerwood gifts available online?

Our online shop has a carefully selected range of gifts from our main gift shop the Bizarre Bazaar. Not everything found in store is available online, if you have seen something in store and wish to purchase it, you can call us to order it, subject to availability of course!

Can I buy a gift voucher to visit BeWILDerwood? 

Yes! Please visit our main website, www.bewilderwood.co.uk to purchase Day Tickets Gift Vouchers. They are valid for 1 year from purhcase and specific to a park location. Gift vouchers for our online shop are currently unavailable.

How will I know my order has been placed successfully?

After you place your order you will see a confirmation page and receive a confirmation email. You will also be able to Log in to your account to see recent activity in the ‘My orders’ area, here you can confirm the status of your order.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to the UK. Postage and packaging costs £3.99 for all orders.

How much does delivery cost?

Currently the BeWILDerwood online shop only ships within the UK. All orders within the UK are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class. Postage and packing is charged at a flat rate of £3.99 per order. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of the order being placed. Please note our Shop Twiggles cannot dispatch orders at the weekend, so if you place an order past Friday at 3pm, it will be dispatched the following week.

Please note, whilst there are no upcoming strikes planned, there are still delays within the Royal Mail, so please allow good time before placing your order.  

I have received my order but it is damaged.

Keep hold of the damaged item(s) along with the packaging and call us on 01692 633033 to rectify. We may ask for a photo of the damaged item(s).
